1. Your recipient receives the gift card by email, with your message.
2. The email carries a unique gift card code.
3. The code is entered at checkout, like any other payment method.
4. The available balance is applied to the order, and anything left stays on the card for next time.

Your gift card balance is held by Shopify and updates automatically as it is used.

For your security, the gift card code is sent only to the recipient’s email address and is never shown here.

A gift card is digital. Nothing is shipped and no delivery charge applies — it is emailed to your recipient, either straight away or on the delivery date you choose.

Gift cards do not expire and cannot be exchanged for cash.
